Quartz Care & Maintenance
Quartz is manufactured by combining stone particles with binders and pigments.
Cleaning your Quartz:
For daily porcelain cleaning, simply use soap and warm water with a rag. For deeper cleaning, use The Stone Shop cleaner to prolong the life of the product and sealers used during installation.

Porcelain Care & Maintenance
Porcelain is the hardest ceramic-based stone with an impervious nonabsorbent surface. Porcelain is one of the easiest stones to clean and maintain.

Granite Care & Maintenance
Granite is not acid sensitive, is very hard and durable, and very heat resistant

Marble Care & Maintenance
Marble is a natural stone, the hardest calcium carbonate based stone. However, marble is softer and more sensitive to acids than granite or manufactured stones because of its porous qualities. Thus, extra care is needed to maintain your marble surface.
Cleaning your Marble:

Soapstone
Soapstone is a natural stone that is very acid and heat-resistant. However, soapstone is softer than granite and manufactured stones, so it can be scratched.
Cleaning your Soapstone:
